Butlin’s Live Music Weekends are a continuous stream of weekend festivals at three different resorts in the UK.
One of particular interest for Release readers is the Electric Dreams Weekender in Butlin’s Bognor Regis Resort near Brighton, on December 2-5. More live acts will be announced, but so far we have Marc Almond, OMD, Heaven 17, Holly Johnson, Blancmange and Rick Wakeman. Heaven 17 also plays there this weekend, on an 80:s fest.
In the past, we have reported from the Bloc Weekenders in Minehead, focused on electronic music like IDM.
