New project from synthpop brothers

If you’re even somewhat acquainted with Swedish synthpop, you’ve probably heard something involving the two lads in Teleskop: brothers Jarmo and Jouni Ollila. Most notably Jarmo is the lead vocalist in Daily Planet, and both were in Mr Jones Machine. That band is no more and now the brothers have created the duo Teleskop.

The first single is “Violet Dawn”, released now on Progress Productions. It’s a suitable synthpoppy and excellent affair setting the tone for future material. You can check out the video below, and get it on Bandcamp if you’re so inclined.
