Goldfrapp film finally in movie theaters

British electronica / ambient / synthpop / folk / duo Goldfrapp have done something that’s not very common. They have a film showing in theatres.

The film that we first mentioned in June last year is called “Tales of us”, like their last album and it consists of a short film inspired by the album, followed by a concert performance.

It was released in the end of March in the UK, and will be in cinemas for a limited time only. They’re adding new countries though, so if you’re in luck you might still get to see it in the cinema. At the band’s website you can sign up to get notified when they release tickets in your country.
