It’s sounds implausible, but Jürgen Engler from Die Krupps have worked on the new David Hasselhoff album.

Jürgen posted on his Facebook that he and long time collaborator Chris Lietz (also member of Die Krupps) together with Adam Hamilton have worked on the new album. The first single is a cover of Lord of the New Church’s “Open Your Eyes” and features guitars by Engler too. Plus guitars by the Stooges guitarist James Williamsson. This is not industrial or electronic by any means, but interesting in its own way…

The album features other collaborations too, with Todd Rundgren, Ministry, Charlie Daniels and other artists. Out on Cleopatra Records soon.
