Tear Garden has announced their first ever tour of North America.
The ambitious Cevin Key and Edward KaSpel project started in 1986 but has, for some reason, never toured. Now, when Skinny Puppy has been dead and buried for a couple of years, Tear Garden announces a 14-date tour of USA and Canada (no word about European dates yet) in September and October, including Chicago’s Cold Wave Festival. Tickets are on sale, including VIP packages with group photo opportunity and soundcheck viewing. Anyone can also vote for live candidates now, and not surprisingly, several tracks from the spellbinding “Tired Eyes Slowly Burning” (one of my all-time favourites) top the list.
