Static-X frontman Wayne Static dead at 48

Wayne Static (Wayne Richard Wells), once the frontman of Californian industrial and nu metal band Static-X, is dead at 48.

After Static-X split up, he launched a successful solo career and was scheduled to tour with Powerman 5000 and Drowning Pool.
