Ministry guitarist passed away on Sunday

47 year old Ministry, Rigor Mortis and RevCo guitarist Mike Scaccia passed away at a local hospital on December 23, after collapsing on stage during a concert at The Rail Club in Fort Worth in Texas. The coroners believe the cause of death to be heart attack.
A public memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 30 at 3:00 pm at the Aristide Event and Conference Center in Mansfield, Texas.
