Dalhalla, The Royal Swedish Opera and “Kite on Ice” at Avicii Arena … the list goes on. Soon, Kite can add another milestone to their impressive concert CV.
The duo will be the closing headliner the first night at Way Out West, the big, annual Gothenburg city festival. This year’s edition takes place in Slottskogen August 7-9, 2025. Kite will perform alongside Pet Shop Boys, Kelly Lee Owens, Iggy Pop, Beth Gibbons, Charlie XCX, Confidence Man, Chappel Roan, Effy, Ekkstacy, Megra, Rocket and many more.
My best memories from last year’s Way Out West are fantastic performances by Susanne Sundfør, Fever Ray, Air, Nation of Language and Pulp.
