Rammstein Lego idea disqualified?

An avid Rammstein fan has taken it upon himself to make a Lego design of the band’s elaborate stage presence. The Danish company has a project titled Lego Ideas where ideas backed by at least 10 000 votes are taken up for consideration and then, possibly, goes into production. The supporter team, Airbricks, quickly managed to get the votes needed and even support from Rammstein themselves. But according to Metal Injection, Lego has disqualified the set because of intellectual property rules.
