Now it’s time for some name-dropping. Blixa Bargeld, Genesis P-Orridge and Lydia Lunch are all guests on the debut album from Berlin-based project Automat. Jochen Arbeit (Die Haut, Einstürzende Neubauten), Achim Färber (Project Pitchfork, Prag, Phillip Boa) and Zeitblom (Sovetskoe Foto) started Automat in 2011.

Founding Devo member Bob Casale has died at age 61. Alan Myers, drummer, died of brain cancer last year at age 58.
