London festival with Numan, Flür, Squarepusher and The Orb

Held over the weekend of June 7-8, London’s famous music venue Brixton Academy will host an electronic music festival – Playground.

Of those announced for the festival already, artists include Squarepusher, Leftfield, Gary Numan (pic), The Orb, UNKLE, Kavinsky, Digitalism, John Foxx and the Maths and Wolgang Flür (ex Kraftwerk).

Being that the event will be held indoors, at one of the most famous British music venues, there will be no need to battle the elements, and the festival feel will be maintained through the acts performing across 3 stages in the venue. Tickets can be purchased for either of the nights, or as a combined weekend ticket.
