The newly minted union between Nine Inch Nails and Boys Noize called Nine Inch Noize just blew people’s minds at the Coachella festival. Twice actually, since the festival runs for two weekends, reprising the acts from the first one.
As you probably know, Dave Ball from Soft Cell and The Grid died at the age of 66 last year, in 2025. Dave and Soft Cell vocalist Marc Almond had been working on new material right before he passed away, and those songs are now getting a release. Apparently the album was finished two days before Dave’s passing.
It seems like we’ve gotten the last Ministry album several times, but this time I know it’s for real – like Donna Summer used to sing. [more...]
