SPETSNAZ GRAND DESIGN RE-DESIGNED ALBUM SSC RELEASE: APRIL 26, 2004 REVIEW: MAY 10, 2004

This is a new version of "Grand Design", the debut from Swedish body duo Spetsnaz released last year. Therefore, you should check out my review of that if you haven't already, before moving on.
So, what’s been added? Two new songs and three remixes, which are a nice addition. “Everyday Song” distinguishes itself by being the only song where singer Pontus Stålberg doesn’t sound like Douglas McCarthy. The music is still rather Ebb-ish though, so if you’re still dancing like it’s 1986, carry on. The remix by Swedish electronica virtuoso Andreas Tilliander (who also mastered the album) is quite interesting and gives the song "On the Edge" a new weirder and more modern feel.
If you’re getting one version of "Grand Design", of course this is the one to get.
