Aah, this is almost heartbreakingly
beautiful at times. Angelzoom is ex-vocalist
Claudia from X-Perience, and she sings
to warm ethereal music in the same
vein as Enya and other new age artists.
It all gets a bit samey and sappy
after a while, but it’s very
slick and polished. Finnish string-trio
Apocalyptica is featured on some tracks
and I must say that real strings really
beat the shit out of synthesized ones
at times. Angelzoom have also made
a couple of covers, like for example
“Blasphemous Rumours”
by Depeche Mode and even Linkin Park’s
“Crawling”. The DM cover
is pretty decent actually, but doesn’t
