The new album from Italian band Kirlian Camera is called “Nightglory” and features electronic soundscapes and beats with symphonic pomp. The album is available in both regular version and a limited edition with a bonus disc where you can find “chamber music versions” of the songs, plus two new compositions. Out on November 15 on Out of Line.

A new beginning for Imperative Reaction?

The four Californians in Imperative Reaction have just released their new album, fittingly called “Imperative Reaction”. The goal is for it to be a new beginning for the band, with an evolved sound fusing electronics, rock guitars and catchy vocal hooks.

The album is released by Metropolis Records in the US, and by Dependent in Europe.


Can box sets - and more - in the making

The 1971 album "Tago Mago" by Can will be rereleased by Spoon Records and Mute Records on November 14 in a 40th anniversary edition. The new package comes with original UK artwork and a live bonus CD.

A deluxe vinyl LP box set will be released early next year with all 14 of Can's studio albums. CD:s of the LP:s will be included, as well as extensive booklets, a live vinyl album and a newly remastered "Out of Reach".

Finally, "The Lost Tapes" - a box with unreleased studio, soundtrack and live recordings - is scheduled for March 2012.
