Peter Tägtgren.

Three members of industrial metal band Pain had a enjoyed a free night at some bars in Leipzig and while looking far a taxi they were attacked by a gang - with fists, boots and a wine bottle. They don't know why they were assaulted. They were lucky a guy recognized the band and helped them to the hospital.

- Peter Tägtgren's got a really black eye and was given ten stitches on his cheek. I have a concussion, eight stitches on the side of my head and glass in my hands. Johan Husgafvel has a broken nose and bruises all over, David Wallin writes in the Pain tour blog.

Routined but unknown artist debuts on SSC

Feb 22, 2008 | By: Mikael Kahrle (Gothenburg, Sweden)

On March 2, SubSpace Communications releases "Dancer", the debut single from IAMX-like one-man band The Kick.

The Kick is Gothenburger David Sundqvist with a background in female-fronted glamelectrorock band Elasmo, that never really launched their career despite some really strong songs. When I interviewed them for newspaper Metro many years ago, they claimed to be in negotiations with several labels, but nothing happened.

He has also played in Fireline Angels with Sarah Assbring (El Perro del Mar, Sadovaja), with Kitty Jutbring and in Kristian Antilla's band.

The Kick currently supporting Client and Release' Niklas Forsberg says yesterday's performance in Gothenburg was good, even though it was too much aggro rock at times.
